Mold Support for Realtors

Mold affects everyone differently and more importantly, it can affect how long your client’s home is on the market and its value. Not all home inspectors are trained to find mold when it cannot be physically seen. FreshCo has many trained and certified mold inspectors who are also water restoration technicians. This gives us an advantage in being able to find potential issues while also ensuring that you get your clients the best deal they can get.

Mold inspection

Call us and schedule your inspection. A certified inspector will evaluate the property both inside and outside. With our water restoration background, we conduct a visual inspection and moisture analysis of the property. The moisture analysis lets us know if any building materials are wet. Mold needs moisture to grow—if there is no moisture, the potential for there to be mold is less likely.
Once all the data is gathered, we will put all photos and notes into a report. The report will also detail the remediation process if it is needed, as well as any other recommendations so that you will not have issues in the future.
Once the estimate is approved, we will collect a down deposit and begin the remediation process. Once the remediation is complete, a post verification will take place and then the project can be released for reconstruction if necessary.
