Frequently Asked Questions

Some of the most frequent questions our customers have. Can’t find the answer you’re looking for? Please reach out to our friendly team!

While some services (such as gutter and air duct cleaning) can be priced remotely, we generally complete an on-site consultation or inspection before providing a firm quote. We agree on the scope of work and price with the client before beginning any project, and we charge “by the job” rather than hourly in order to protect both us and the client–you don’t need to worry about any surprise charges!

Small projects such as light house cleaning generally involve 1-2 technicians, while large-scale projects have been known to take up to 12! The number of workers mostly depends on the size and scope of the project, and we make considerations for scheduling and worker fatigue. We do our best to keep our clients comfortable while completing our work efficiently–and we will never send someone to your site without proper training and support.

Raymond and London opened the business as a means of side income in 2015 and expanded to full-time work by 2017. By 2018, they were taking on employees and participating in specialized training to better serve their growing client base.
