What you should know
How It Works
Air duct cleaning redefines commercial and business building health. Eliminating dirt, dust and microbial growth from your ductwork can improve indoor air quality while maintaining a cleaner business and increasing (HVAC) efficiency. Clean ducts mean less dirt in your business and air because ductwork is often the source and pathway for dust and biological contaminants.
Air Duct Inspection
Our fiber-optic camera pre-inspection feature offers you peace of mind by ensuring that we thoroughly check your air ducts for damage, obstructions, and even unwelcome visitors (yes, we’re talking about dead animals!) before we start cleaning.
Compressed Air Flush
We blow compressed air through the system to loosen the contaminants lodged in your air ducts. This flushes all traces of dirt and dust out of your ductwork and into our specialized vacuum system.
Vacuuming
Using a powerful HEPA-filtered vacuum, we clean your furnace evaporator coil, blower, and vent covers. This is the same specialized vacuum that is connected to your ductwork, pulling dirt from deep inside the system!
Documentation
A report complete with photos will be provided after the cleaning so you know the ducts are clean. The photos are provided using a color fiber optic camera. This helps us have peace of mind that everything is clean.
Improve Home Health
Air Quality Matters
While they may be unseen, your air ducts are working nearly year-round when you have your air conditioner or furnace running. Attached to your heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system, air ducts transfer the air throughout your home. Many homeowners don’t realize that their air ducts are in constant use, and continually accumulate dust, grime, debris, pet dander, and allergens throughout the year. HVAC, Vent & Air Duct Cleaning services remove harmful:
- Dust
- Dirt
- Animal Dander
- Pollen
- Skin Scale
- Mold
- Mildew
- Bacteria
- Dust Mites
- Post Construction Debris

Frequently Asked Questions
Some of the most frequent questions our customers have. Can’t find the answer you’re looking for? Please reach out to our friendly team!
The frequency of air duct cleaning depends on various factors such as the number of people living in your home and the presence of pets or smokers. We personally recommend every two years for most people, but more frequently for some circumstances, such as those living on dusty country roads or with several pets in the home.
The length of time for air duct cleaning will depend on the size of your home and the complexity of your HVAC system. However, we do our best to work efficiently and minimize any disruptions to your daily routine. It is not necessary for you to be on site during the air duct cleaning process. You are welcome to communicate specific concerns and instructions to us if you are unable to be on site when we arrive, and we will contact you as needed during the process.
While changing your filters regularly is important, it does not necessarily mean that your air ducts do not require cleaning. Air filters can only catch so much debris, and sometimes contaminants can accumulate within the ducts themselves.
There are several signs that your air ducts may need cleaning such as increased dust and debris around your home, musty or stale odors coming from your HVAC system, or visible mold growth inside the ducts. Also, if you are having to change your filter more frequently than normal, this could be a sign that your air ducts need a cleaning!
